I will defer to others on that matter. I have made no measurements, and have none that I can quote that I can personally verify.

LIFT FLOW CFM
.200 135
.300 187
.400 222
.500 225
.550 230

EDIT: these figures are for "home ported" heads
so i am assuming FULLY porting them will be even better

Just what I was looking for...thanks a lot!
That would be with the stock valves Rifgt? Could I expect a little more with the larger 2.02 valves?

Those above aren't my numbers.
But are close.

first effort was 225 cfm

since then I've gotten 238 and 243 intake and over 180 ex
on other sets of 416's
That's FULLY PORTED with 1.94 valves. At home.

Don't expect to get even close to this with the stock 1.84 valve.

No need to go 2.02 , just weakens the head and doesn't flow more.

1.94x 1.60 is best

What did you do differently between the 225, and the 243?

Don't sweat the numbers. If you follow the guide lines
in my past posts and do a thourough job , you'll likely end up somewhere right in the middle.
Anything in this range will make a strong street performer.

hi riley.
i'm using also my 416 heads, but on my 350 4 bolt main. i did some home porting on them, and 3 angle, i just think...
it has to flow much better than the crap it had before, ridiculous, 1:74 intake 1:50 exhaust, 76cc on top of dished pistons...real bad taste from the guy who did that design.
it cant be worst.
Fernando.
