ok.... here goes.... I can play my cd player and the windows come down (slowly) but the car won't start unless you jump start it, then if you cut the car off you have to jump start it again.....

Could be bad connections, bad battery, or alt. check your connections first. If they're fine just pull the alt and batt and get them tested.
I'm thinking your battery isn't holding enough of a charge.
