Cruise control question (easy one)

Hey sup guys, I was wondering if any of you knew where the smaller vaccum hose that connects to the cruise control assembly connects itself?

Do I just connect it with a T fitting to any (constant) vaccum lines?

The car is a 89 IROC-Z 350 TPI.

Car: 1988 IROC-Z

Engine: L98 (350 TPI)

Transmission: MD8 (700 R4) + 3.42 LS1 Rear

the small line connects to a T fitting, on the drivers side, by the charcoal canister.
