I'm having the same problem. I replaced my PCV and it's still leaking.
I just replaced a head gasket and the tube pulled out when I removed the headers so I assume the seal from all of the silicone finally gave. I removed the tube and tried more RTV (after cleaning it off) but it still leaks. I did notice that when I secure the tube with the header bolt it doesn't slide in all the way to the side of the pan.
I assume that's where it's coming from anyways because my heat shield for my starter is soaked with oil and it's dripping on to my exhaust.

Danny, dude thats the EXACT same problem i have, WTF can we do about it, is it bad for the motor, i mean is there lots of pressure built up in the motor crank case to cause this, or is the dipstick just not secure ?
