Whats a rough HP guess?

350 chevy 010 block bored .030 over
pink rods
2 valve flat tops hyper 10.5:1
Canfield 220 cc heads 65 cc chambers, mild exhaust porting
Full roller 1.5 comp rockers
Lunati solid lifter SP mechanical cam 249/259 duration at .050 302 advertised, .534/.555 lift.
Super Victor edlebrock intake
HP 870 holley carb
Billet timing chain
Oil pan baffle (moroso)

What do you guys think? I'm aiming for 500 HP

 

If you're going that deep, I'd change the rods and crank and go for the 383.

What kind of exhaust?

 

That will not get you 500 HP in my opinion. Go for a 383. Also that carb seems a little big for the setup. Im thinkn 380 ish HP.
