Bumping Noise under 1/2 throttle
When I started from a red light I gave the car about 1/2 throttle and it made a weird bumping noise up around the front right tire and i thought it may be slack and it was a little bit so i filled it back up with air and then a few minutes later it did it again....What could be the problem?

Are you absolutely sure the bumping noise came from the front right side? The reason I say this is because noises can be very deceiving, especially while behind the driver seat. Take your car from a dead stop, give it 3/4 throttle, and see if it does the bumping again. If it does this consistently from a dead stop, and not ever while moving, check your rear transmission mount because I'd be almost certain it's going bad. If the mount is bad, and you give the car some gas from a stop, the rear of the trans will "kick" up, and hit the floorboard, causing a clunking sound.
Edit: if you are sure the noise is coming from the front tire, then I would check the tie rods and ball joints. If those check out OK, then it's probably time to inspect the wheel bearings.
