I really like them but they don't last very long. In my application they performed better than Rapidfires, at least according to ye ole butt dyno.

I used them because I needed shorties for header clearance. That engine burned some oil (qt/800 miles), so they carboned up some, but I ran them for over a year with no wear problems. I couldn't say the helped or reduced performance, they just worked better than cooked wire boots.

I'm using them right now with my headers. They have about 400 miles on them and I've had no problems with them. They still look fine. I can't say they perform better or worse because I also got a Holley ignition box and coil at the same time. Maybe if I get a thousand miles on them I will be able to get a better idea of how well they hold up.
I had the u-grooves in my car and they are just spark plugs. Anyone who says that you can get >2 horse from a trick plug has no idea what they are talking about. As far as plugs go get platinums. They last longer than a non-plated.

I'm currently running those with my headers for clearance reasons, plus I figured I would give them a try. My ignition is all stock except for the wires and plugs, but they seem to work well. I've had them in for over a year now and they perform just as well as they did when I put them in.

when it comes to power from plugs, they have to be the propper heat range for your aplication, (i donot know how to determin so i stick w/ stock) and i change th eplugs often, they are ez and cheep i use ac r45ts (i believe thats the num) w/ msd 6a and accel coil i gapem @ 45
