They're good heads. That was the "standard issue" sportsman racing GM head about 15 years ago. With mild porting they're good to near 500 HP.
The springs on them are too small.
What valves are in them? What work have they had done to them? Can't tell squat from those pics.

I have them apart now, they seem tohave no porting done to them, the intake valves are 2.02 (need to measure the exhaust), these springs, how can I find out what lift they can handle?

What valves are they? I can see they're 2.02", that's just the stock size in those, nothing special. Are they undercut stem? titanium? .100" long? etc. etc. There's alot more to a performance valve than its head diameter.
