HELP..vacuum diagram

Does anyone know where I can find a vacuum hose diagram for a LB9 engine? I have a very small hard plastic vacuum hose just hanging by the engine top and I can't find where it use to go...

I believe there are two, one will come from a port on the bottom of the throttle body and go, I believe, to the EGR solenoid. The other should go from that solenoid to the EGR valve. I have the same engine but I basically built it up from scratch so I am not tatally sure that this is the exact factory routing.
