I have a strong gasoline smell by the drivers side rear of the car, what could be the possible causes, here's what ive done.....
New Carbon canister
New plugs and wires,
New Cats,
New throttle control sensor,
New Gas Cap,

What could be some other causes ?

 

Did you check on the recall they have on 91-92 Camaros for this ? The weld that holds the neck of the tank to the tank might crack and cause gas vappors and/or gas to escape trough it. Call in the VIN to a dealer or let them inspect it. If that's the case it will get fixed for free.

there's also a vent from the tank in that area.

It seems as if the smell is comming from the little plastic vent, which is connected to the chassis, it has a black hose connected to it
