Its a haynes manual for 82-92 Camaros. Are these good books? I am planning on replacing my shocks and struts soon, would this help?

Matt,

I wouldn't even bother with ebay for this one. Once you pay mailing costs, you might as well run over to AutoZone of Pep Boys and get a new Haynes manual for about $12.00 - same thing.

They are somewhat limited in scope, but better than nothing if you plan to undertake a project you haven't done before.

Yeah, I agree with Vader, Hayes are awesome books, but just go buy a new one from Checker.

I would for-go the Haynes and opt for the factory service manual. You can usually find them at the swap meets in good cond. for around $35 and excellent cond. for less than $50. If you can still get them new from Helms they would probably run $80 or so(still a bargain I believe)

A difference of only $25 for a manual that will cover everything is, by far, the best deal..........
