Max lift that LT1 valve springs can handle?

I put stock LT1 valve springs on my heads when I put on my Crane Gold rockers a while back but I dont remember what lift these springs are good till.
I have searched but cant find the answer, does anyone know?

Axle/Gears: 8.5", 3.42
They're at least good until .460", since that's the largest lift on an LT1 cam.

If you click here, you'll see the springs (#98214). According to them, they're good for .510" lift, but that doesn't mean those are the ones you have.

I'd pull one off and check it just to be sure.
