If its only a morning thing, its probably just condensation. Does it go away when the engine warms up, or is it always smoking and eany engine temp?

Check your coolant. Check your oil. Whichever is low is probably the problem. Burning oil may look white, but have a bluish tint. Burning coolant may smell a bit sweet. Also check your plugs for evidence of either burning.

If its a rather cold day or night, mine smoke alot, but having no cat prob doesnt help in my situation, its just condensation.

good one, however my exhaust looks like a big fog machine, its really bad, my mechanic (Grandpa has a shop) thinks that I could have a blown piston ring?

i think that if it was a piston ring, you would be seein a blue colored smoke, mean oil was getting into the combustion chamber.

If you still think it could be a ring, do a compression check on each cylinder.

Good idea, however I have a great way to solve this little problem, I will rip out the engine and put a zz4 crate engine in, or tube it and make it a pro street, with a blown 502, I can get a full crate 502 with a warr. for 2800 dollars. not a bad idea.
