engine hard to start

In the morning when I go to start my car it is hard to start. It will start i just gotta crank it for about 4 or 5 seconds to start. But during the day after it has been running it will start with a turn of the key. Is there anything wrong?

Monkie,

When you first turn on the ignition, wait a couple of seconds before cranking to allow the fuel pump to build rail pressure. You should be able to hear the in-tank pump run. If you have a leaking injector or FPR, the residual fuel pressure could be non-existant.
