you will need to elongate the 4 center intake bolt holes. also if you have to be emissions compliant, then need to modify the EGR system to the way corvettes were done.

you only have to elongate the four center intake bolts if your intake is an '88 or newer. the vette heads never changed to the new bolt angle, even after going to center bolt valve covers. there is no EGR port, vettes got the exhaust gasses out of the manifolds instead.

I just found some Dart Pro 1 Al heads at summit for 425.95 with similar spects "72cc combustion chambers, 200cc intake runners, accepts 2.02/1.60 in. diameter intake/exhaust valves, angled spark plugs, with valve job only, bare, Pro 1 cylinder head"

They are only $425.95 that how much the corvette heads would cost after porting and polishing them and having a valve job the only wrong i see with them would probably be the custom headers and does anyone know if a LT1 intake would fit with does heads

Believe me, you are not the first to make that mistake. But at least it got you excited for a little bit.

I would still think hard before spending serious money on replacing Iron L98 heads for alluminum L98 heads. Your only increases would be from the weight loss and compression increase. And I'm not sure the compression increase would really net anything noticeable. The alluminums will more than likely flow the same numbers.

That's incorrect, Vette L98s are two bolt, as seen here.
