My friend sells chips for cars. I am not sure what they are called but he garuntees that he can get 100 hp and 50 ft lbs torque out of my car with this chip. He says that he is the only person who sells them within 1500 miles. I can not believe 100 hp is achievable with a chip. Any opinions.
