Need help with 96 ford explorer(grandparents car)

Transmission: 700-R4
Axle/Gears: 2.73 G80
Need help with 96 ford explorer(grandparents car)
it bascially not blowing out any heat.
the coolant is hot and the temp is up.
What should i look for?
could it be the vent sail?
or heatercore?
but i don't see or smell coolant.

Maybe if you found a "Ford Board" they might be able to help you locate a hot water control valve or temperature control door in the ductwork, or a cable/lever in the controls, but it isn't likely going to be anything like a ThirdGen, let alone a GM.
