to buy 82 z28 4barrel?

Well im looking at purchasing a 82 z28 4 barrel from a friends mom.. its red with light interior only 76,000 miles on it and she wants $1000...it needs painted and has a lil surface rust ...but it has aftermarket wheels so is 1000 a fair price?

Welcome aboard.

Most likely, it's a fair deal if it runs and isn't too run down. Not great for either of you, but not obscene either way.

The aftermarket wheels may increase, decrease, or be neutral in its value, depending upon what they are.

I bought mine for 1,000 bucks with a known bad engine, crappy paint, dashpad cracked like the grand canyon, sun rotted seats and a front nose plus ground fx that needed replacing lol. Still drove it home after thinking over night about buying it. Turned into a pretty fun car Only the dashpad still needs to be replaced hehe.
