What cam?
I am working on a 1987 Iroc 305 tpi with a 5 speed. can anyone tell me what the stock cam numbers are for this car?
Check out the FAQs and tech segments of this board. They have cam specs listed for various factory f-body applications.
If memory serves it's around 201/207 duration @ .050 and around .410-.420 lift. That's the "aggressive" TPI cam that 5-speed 305 TPIs and all 350 TPIs got. Stock 305 TPIs that were paired with an automatic trans often got what is referred to affectionately as the "peanut cam" with even milder specs.
