anyone had this problem installing Headers?

When taking the studs off of the exhaust manifold the stud breask off? What other types of problems may I encounter? Or is this an easy mod(Headers)?

No problems just a bunch of cuts. You might have to jack the engine up on the driver's side to wedge the header in.

well its entirely possible you might run into prob with theexhaust manifold bolts breaking, but its always a crap shoot with anything that has been threaded in for years on end

Try putting on the passenger side from the bottom. Also, I might be wrong but I think that I took the starter off. Make sure that you jack the car up really high for clearance. Use jack stands
