Upper & Lower Intake Manifolds / Coating???

Upper & Lower Intake Manifolds / Coating???
Well I was thinking about getting the upper & lower intake manifolds off of another 2.8L at the wrecking yard. They want $33 for it. Would I notice any type of gain from getting these JET HOT coated or just notice a really nice shine? Thanx

i don't think you'll see any preformance gains. even if there was a gain i doubt if you'd know it with out a dyno or et slips.
