Sportsman-II Rocker / Stud q.s

I've searched.

Anyone whos running these.. Do you know what brand stud they use? Arp? I've tried to no avail contacting world.

Also, what roller rockers (1.5) have you used? I know tpi_roc had issues with "crane Blazer". Though after hours searching the net he seems to be the only one.?

The Torquer S/R's I had looked like the ARP studs. Not positive though. Why do you need to know? I have used Harland Sharp roller rockers in the past few engines I built. A lot of guys here swear by the Comp Magnum stainless ones.

I wanted to know what kinda studs they used to base wether or not I should replace them with ARP. If they're allready ARP, then replacing them would be silly.. I've heard of people breaking studs..

I guess most of the 1.5 roller rockers would fit under factory parimeter valve covers huh??

I need the baffles. On my car at 6k it sprays oil everywhere out of an unbaffled cover (and sucks it up the pvc, etc)

I had to go to the tall baffled cover to solve the oil in the PCV problem. Short baffled ones would not clear the rockers.

I never had a problem bolting stock baffled valve convers to the Sportsman IIs I have used. I was using stock-diameter 1.25" valve springs.

No idea the make of rocker studs. I doubt they're ARP, though. But I never broke one regardless.

Damon,

I'm refering to clearance issues with roller rockers, not stamped or roller tip.

I cannot cut my baffles out.

I've got sportsman II's with Comp 1.52 Pro Magnums. I already had a tall valve cover but from the looks of it, between the thickness of the rocker and the polylock sticking up, a tall valve cover would be needed anyway.
