The 083 heads are correct for a TPI 350.
E039 = cast in the Eth month (that is, the 5th month, May), 03rd day, of a year ending in 9 (the only one that makes sense is 89)
P1534 030 = some piston mfrs part # for a .030" over cast piston. Sounds like a rebuilder's piston number, like Badger or Silvolite or something. Your block is .030" over and has been rebuilt.

Look at them.
Forged and cast pistons look completely different. The metal arrives at its final shape by such a totally different method, it leaves rather obvious clues.
The number you gave isn't a TRW or SpeedPro number; so I'd personally guess that you have less than a 5% chance they're forged. They're cast, unless somebody put JE or SRP or some such pistons in it (which they also aren't either of, since that's not one of their numbers either; I'm just using those as examples).
You see those heads on the classifieds on this site for around $200 or less all the time. Beyond that I have no clue what they're "worth", especially to you; and especially if you have to replace them with something of equal or better function in order to avoid downgrading your car.

What are you trying to find out about them? Disposal costs?
Maybe there's some better way of answering your questions than finding outo who made them. After all, if you knew who made them, would that info really make any difference?

You may have a lot of trouble finding the exact parts. That number may not even be the same as the catalog listing numbers under which the pistons were sold. Is there a specific reason you want those exact pistons, or is it simply a curiosity?
Wiseco, Badger, TRW, Sealed Power, and CP Pistons have all used numbers similar to that. Good luck.

It is very likely they are made by Ohio Piston or
Zolner Piston.
Both companies make OEM and replacement pistons.

i am curious to know who made them, and the fact i dont want to take the engine completely appart cause i just got the bearings done and i want to know if the really are foraged, thats more wishful thinking tho

Probably not. In fact I'd give 100:1 odds against them being forged. But as I said, if you set a cast piston next to a forged one, the difference is so completely obvious that you'll never be unable to tell them apart again.
