Okay, this is probably a stupid question, but I've got to ask. I've got a 91 RS w/ 305 all stock. Is there like a computer chip or something I can get to bolster performance?

 

Yes but this will not help until you do some mods first. Otherwise you will just be wasting money. Get headers, and other mods done b4 you get a chip weather it be custom burned or not.
