Will the stock bottom end of a 305 hold up to this?
Here are my plans:
Starting with stock 305 TPI 50k miles on the engine.
Port plenium, AS&M runners, Accel base.
AFR 190's milled down to 60cc, 1.94 1.50 valves.
Crane Energizer 272 H10 cam. 216 @.050, 110 lobe, .454 lift (made for 2000-5000rpm)
modified MAF (cut screens, fins)
Edelbrock TES and Flowmaster cat-back system.
Does this sound like a good combo? Will the stock bottom end hold up? Any other suggestions?

Shouldn't be a problem if proper maintence was performed during the 50k.
I'd highly recommend going with AMSOIL synthetic oil after you get it back together. Break the cam in with standard petroleum oil. If you run the flush before you take it apart, it'll be cleaner while you work on it and ready for the synthetic when you're done.

If you are running that cam on a 305, those heads are a complete waste of money. The bottom end will hold up just fine to what you are planning though.

Max pretty much nailed it.
For a TPI 305, you need a whole lot more lift and less duration. It's kind of like, the air is going to come in through a large drinking straw (the runners and base), then hit a fire hose (the intake port in the head), then a really small drinking straw (the valve barely cracked open like that cam will do). It really doesn't matter how big the heads are, the straw is the limit to the flow. But since the air changes speed from medium velocity in the upper intake tract and dies into this second plenum right before the valve, you'll lose all the ram effect of the stock TPI without gaining the flow benefits of the heads and other parts.
To get any benefit at all out of those heads, you need some totally other cam. You might want to get Comp to grind you a XE262H on 112° lobe centers and use their 1.6 rockers to get a little lift.
The stock bottom end will be fine even with the better-matched intake tract.

How about using Corvette heads? My Desktop Dyno 2000 shows I should be good for 300+ hp even with this cam. I say this cam because I have a new one in my garage. But if I must buy another one I will.

That cam is a bad choice for a fuel-injected 305, period. It's just the wrong thing for the application at any price.
If you're willing to spend $1500 on a pair of heads and $800 on fuel injection upgrades, why ruin the whole project by trying to cheap out on a $100 cam just because you happen tohave it in stock? Not to mention the trouble you'll put yourself through attempting to tune the motor where it will idle and actually have a little bottom end. That's just an altogether bad idea.
Leave that cam on your shelf waiting for a project for which it would be more suitable. This one isn't its place.

Ext:216 duration .454 lift
114* duration
Use this with 1.6 rollers. Does this sound like a better choice for Vette or 190 heads?

That would be a better choice. You could use the cam you have and use 1.6's on the exhaust side only, and get a similar result although I dont really like a single pattern cam that much. I was running a 212/212 .444/.444 in my 86 305, and I wish I would have used the 212/218 instead. 1.6's are usually a must on a flat tappet setup with the wheezer 305 and TPI. As for the heads, the AFR's should be left to a cam in the 224ish+ duration range and a miniram on top of the lil 305, anything else and they are just overkill. The vette heads are a really good option for those of us sticking with the 305.
