Here's the story.....my IROC has a new eng, trans....everything except induction (TPI). Most of the time she starts just fine but every now and then (over the last 4 weeks) I go to start her in the morning and nothing....she cranks just fine but no fire. I play with the ign wires a bit and then she starts....but I think this is coincidence. When she cranks but doesn't start she spins fast (like broken timing belt/cam) and the fuel pump runs for about 15 secs after ign off....also sound under the hood which seems to be egr running for about same time as pump. But she always starts..... She's at the dealership right now and during their diagnosis.....she started. They said the fp was good, there was spark when she wasn't starting.....they are scratching their heads. Can you come up with the solution???

They say you have ignition, but are there any injector pulses?

Yes Vader the injector pulses were good. The car started for them fine for the last two days. I suggested that it might be a cold start problem so they replaced the cold start switch.....so far so good....but we'll wait and see!!
