Anyone use polyurethane motor mounts?

If not do you think it would be a bad idea over the stock replacements?
Thanks, Gary

Best mod I have ever done! Talk about solid mount with little or no vibration. Hard to install but WELL worth it!

mike as you can see i edited your post and i'm sure you know why. i really hate doing that. what you said doesn't bother me, but it does bother some people that visit here and if anyone took offense to it and complained you'd run the risk of being banned and i'd hate to see you go. please in the future be more careful of what you say. thanks

I have both motor and tranny urethane mounts.
I had to get them because my shift kit ripped right through the old rubber tranny mount. that led to one of the motor mounts breaking also.
finaly it got so bad that on my 1-2 shift the whole driveline, motor included, would lift during the shift and then slam down on the crossmembers when it got back in gear.

all in all these are excelent replacements. when you rev the motor on a cold morning you can really twist the car!!.

Those mounts are great. It made a big difference. I really feel a bit better about replacing the trans mount too. The stock ones have a nasty habit of breaking.

I have the polyurethane tranny mount and the torque arm just wanted to check about the motor mounts. I am hoping it will solve the header rubbing against the steering shaft as well.
Thanks, guys
Hey CamaroMike with that kind of excitement I guess I will have to jump on that right away huh!
