any website guru's here?
I got this idea for my website that is php-nuke based..
i want to direct it towards a website that anyone can submit their timeslips for comparisons to other people just for fun.. maybe so people can have a permanent place to have a link to their timeslips and such..
problem is.. anyone here know how to setup a database that could let someone submit their data, and it gets automatically put in the database after my ok?

i douby this thread willl be open as its not thirdgen related or question about something. but:
i wrote a script in php that uses a MySQL database to store data that users can insert into and it will display the user, data, etc etc from the MySQL table...
its got administrat options (delete user, edit posts, so-forth)
its very handy, its almost like a blog but better and written 100% by me...
i'd be willing to give you a copy, set it up for you and answer any questions/program something else if you wanted within the script for a lil cash...
PM me if your interested.

http://www.thefreesite.com has a ton of links for these kinds of scripts.
BTW, if this is going to be a 3rd gen related timeslip submission database, then it is third gen related, LOL! Only problem with user submitted timeslips is that you get people running .00000000000000009 second quarters at 10 to the third power times the speed of light standing start averages...
I was running 195/60/13 street tires on that run BTW.

well if u cant find anything, i can code around my script to let you check the posts before they are posted but if u can find something free, cool..
I would give you this but it took a weeks worth of hard time to code not to mention all the html tables and what not...
good luck, and this site isnt for "web page development" there are forums out there for such, this is tech/general "engine" help =] hence why I said it has nothng to deal with the topic of the category...
