SIMPLE QUESTIONS – Assembly of bare heads, NEED HELP!

I am assembling a set of 113 ZZ4 / Corvette Heads with LT4 spring components (springs, shims, retainers, and locks). I am using GM studs made for use with guide plates.

1st Question:
I bought the valve stem seal kit part number 12511890 and it comes with 2 sets of exhaust seals one set is black one set is natural color. Which ones do I use?

2nd Question:
Should I use locktite on the rocker studs? If so what type (red, blue, green?)

3rd Question:
I am using a .051 ZZ4 head gasket and stock GM head bolts. After I torque them down to spec do I need to retighten them after I run the engine for a short while?

Here is a picture of the valve seals and other stuff going on the heads.

i use red loctite, no need to retorque unless it makes you feel better. no idea about 2 sets of exhaust seals, my guess is either would work if they're both for the exhaust.

Don't quote me, since I can't recall with any certainty, but as I remember the seals with the white stripe are for the exhausts, and those with no stripe are intakes. There should be a data sheet packed with the gasket set indicating the correct position.

I found this on a piece of paper that came in the package....
NOTE: This unit contains two different inside diameter exhaust seals. The natural colored one is for standard size carline and light duty trucks with GVW rating under 8600. The black is used for standard on trucks with GVW greater 8600 and for .030 oversize for the natural colored one.
It seems I need to use the natural colored ones since it is a car but the last sentence confuses me. Are corvette heads .030 over?
