Should SES light come on if car stalls?
Should SES light come on if car stalls?
I read somewhere on this board that the SES light should come on if the engine stalls, but mine never does. It's a '90 350 TPI IROC, if that helps any. Is the ECM screwed if it doesn't come on? Thanks guys.

Does it come on when you first turn the key to the "on" position?? (not cranking)
If not, the bulb might be missing.
I've seen that when the light keeps coming on, some people will not pay to fix the problem, they just pull the bulb.
