Once you're inside the door, you'll see how the lock comes out.

I'm moving this to general tech. There's nothing electrical in nature about replacing the tumblers.

I certainly didn't intend to be snide in my reply. My thought was that seeing would be expanatory. As I recall, the lock is held in place with a clip. Remove the clip and the lock rod, push the lock out, and you're good to go. Since you'll be inside the door, you might consider cleaning and relubing the power window and power locks to make them a bit quicker and more efficient. Also, check my link in the FAQ section for Window/Door Rattles for some ideas about tightening up that area. Good luck.

Going to have to do mine soon, haven't done one yet, but here's the jist of the deal:
1. Remove steering wheel.
2. Remove black dust cover from column.
3. Remove lock plate from column after removing lock ring from center.
4. Remove hazard switch.
5. You may want to lower the wheel to perform this operation, and if you do, remove both lower panels and unbolt the column from the dash frame.
5. Unscrew the turn signal switch and move it aside as far as you can. If you need to, unscrew the switch lever and remove it as well.
6. Place the lock cylinder in the run position (if possible), remove the warning switch, and then remove the screw that holds the actual lock in place. You may want to use a magnetic screwdriver so the screw don't fall down inside the column....

When you get the ignition lock there should be step by step instructions on how it all goes in. Some you have to have the key turned in the plug, then there's a pin in the side of the lock you have to depress to get it all the way out. Most chevy's i have done were like this, but i never had to do a camaro yet.

If you got the wheel off, you may still be able to remove the lock plate. Just get some long bolts and two nuts to hold behind the framework for the puller so the bolts don't back out as you tighten the puller on the plate. You need a screwdriver or needle nose pliers to remove the center snap ring as well...
