Changing sparkplugs, which brand is best?

I'd like to hear from you people on what brand you would reccomend for me, I've heard Bosh Platinum here and there, anyone that cares to confirm/deny or suggest alternatives?

The Bosch single prong platinums have worked flawlessly in my 86 for 3 years now. If I were using regular old ACs they'd have been kaput by now. Changing plugs is not my idea of fun.

I second that. Spend your money else where besides plugs. I too bought fancy plugs on time only to have them foul out in 2k miles. Back the the 'ol trusty delco's now.

NGK Iridium... They cost more but you change them a lot less.

I am not big on the platinum and the irridium stuff. To me a good set of NGKs will do.

Don't listen to these guys! They're all crazy! It is just their opinions!

I, on the other hand, am the only sane person here. So get single prong platinum plugs and don't worry about it for 3 or 4 years

Accel U Grove Header Plugs are the best I have ever experienced. AC Delco Rapid Fires are good also. In my experience the Platinum plugs burn up a lot faster.

Ive always beem a fan of the single prong bosch platinums. I hear there are some issues with them having problems with high output aftermarket ignitions because of the differences in resistivity of platinum, but other then that theyre a good plug. One thing I like about them is they last a long time, which is great with headers. With my edelbrock headers, the sparkplugs might as well jsut be welded in. And, like everyone else, I also use A/C delcos alot as well.

AC Delco. After running Champions, AutoLites (bleh!), and Bosch, the AC Delco were the cheapest and best performing of the bunch. The others wouldn't idle worth a damn!
