Spring and cam combination?

First of all is true that the ZZ3/ZZ4 camshaft is actually one in the same? Tell me if this combination will work ZZ3 camshaft with GM spring #1013458 in a stock but ported L98 heads. Will I have retainer to guide interference problems when using stock rocker arms? What is the best valve guide seals to install to get rid of blue puff when starting engine? I was told those spring are stock in a ZZ3 crate engine but have no way of knowing. Thanks for your help.

depends on what retainers you are using.

tell you what, this will solve everything.

just have your guide bosses machined down for more clearance and get the positive style teflon seals installed. Then there's nothing to worry about on both counts.
