$108+S/h. 108!!!! That's a lot of money for a dryer hose and a simple plastic part. I think somebody needs to speak up. Can somebody tell me who has bought it and if they really feel it's worth the money. I know my dryer hose setup works great. It's also dual snorkel/dual pickup. I think I might have spent $40 tops. If anybody is interested in paying me $55 for a complete dual kit I'll do it. I just didn't think it was that hard of a custom fabrication, probably the easiest thing I've done next to the K&N

It is in line w/ the LT1 cold air kits, but they do come w/ a K&N filter too. Of course those are overpriced for what you get, so in turn these are overpriced, but hey...
I would definitely build my own for that kind of money. Although something in the $50-$60 range would be more inviting.

You hit the nail right on the head! Anyone who pays 108 for that system needs to have their head checked. Go to Home Depot and spend 5-10 dollars on the exact same thing! 4th gen set ups like this one are a rip0off too! At least they give you molded plastic for your money. This is just insane.
This is definately one of those instances where the buyer should beware. I hope they don't plan on making money on this!
I laugh every time I see that site.

That site is lame anyway. I wouldnt trust sending my money to them... They least they can do is show some IN DETAIL pictures of the product, or at least how it's installed. I know there's "some" pics on there, but I cant figure out anything out of them. lol

I hope the sponsor didn't read this post. Then I would feel bad, hmm...no I wouldn't. I'm sorry but the add insults me and anybody else with some smarts. $108 plus shipping, where did they get the 8 from? Why not $108.99 or $109.89 plus tax and shipping?
The plastic does look to be of some kind of quality but the hose going up doesn't. Besides, the best idea is to get a 5.0ho and do the same thing to both sides like I am going to do. It is a good idea though and more people should consider it as a cheap bolt(zip tie) on.

If that was a Molded plastic, Dual Snorkel setup Routed to The Location Of the brights, or down inside the front Clip, infront of the Radiator, I would Consider it.
I got excited when I First saw the add, But Upon Closer inspection....

I have found some good prices from places on the net but in general alot of these internet companies arent giving you any bargains plus you have to pay for shipping. I have found that most things are cheaper in stores if you shop around. But one good thing about buying online is you can buy something anytime from your home.

What a farce. I used to work for a pipe organ company, I used the same flexhaust stuff that is used to wind the pipe chests to make a kit (just like that one) for my '83 DELTA 88!! It cost me $40 total with no discounts on any of the parts.

I built the exact same setup, for a dual intake system on mine like 2 months ago. i even used that exact same tubing. All i did was mount the original snorkal thing under the car and run the piping through the fender. the whole thing cost me $20. see it here

For the DYI guy, its definetly a high price. For a guy who isnt mechanicaly inclined, why not! After all, they are helping keep this site alive buy paying for an add. Don't bash them, thank them!
For me, I just built ******* ram-air setup. its still kicking bug guts into my filters!

Thank them for support but if you really care you should tell them that it's over priced. If you don't then they'll never sell on this site and we'll loose another sponsor pretty quick. I think it was writen in the camaro handbook somwhere that every owner needed to be either good with there hands or know a lot of friends that are.
