#8-{130} {145} [155} {155} [155} and i have oil coming up on #2 plug so do you think its the rings i cranked engine 5 times for the 5 readings

Could just be worn valve guides, but the way your compression is building up it may very well be the rings. What's your oil consumption like? Does it smoke any? Do a vacuum test on it and let us know what you get. Should be about 18-20in.Hg at idle and steady, and this can help rule out problems such as valve guide wear.

squirt some oil in any questionable cylinders and if the compression increases you have problems with your rings. all your numbers look good, they should be with in 10%, the actuall number isn't that important. do a leak down test and that may tell more about your engine too.
