ok heres the deal... i cant keep the hedder bolts from backing out of the heads!! i bought some "blue" loctite but, i havent used it...yet!would this be a smart idea?? is there a better and cost effective way ....dont tell me to buy special hedder bolts either remeber: cost effective here!!!

Well, if you're good with it safety wire would be the next best thing next to the Stage 8s.
Just get header bolts drilled for .032" safety wire (use stainless steel wire).
Of course, you gotta use it properly for it to be effective. It takes a LOT of practice if you've never used it before...it can be a PITA if you're not patient, lol. I work on military helicopters so I use this stuff on a daily basis...the first time I ever tried to safety wire 2 bolts together it took like me 4 attempts, about an hour and a lot of cussing to get it right!
The down side? If you pull off your headers then you gotta cut the wire and redo it.
If you'd rather not deal with that, I also suggest the Stage 8 bolts.
