Pushrod length

I installed my Trick Flow heads, 1.6 RRs and LT4 Hotcam and then checked the pushrod length. I have one of the adjustable checkers , but I just wanted to try one of the stock rods to get a baseline to start from. Well, I did the marker on the valve tip and guess what? The stock rod was perfect. The mark was right in the middle of the valve tip. So I'll order the stock length from Trick Flow in chromoley which they say is 7.200". Is this correct? I've seen the stock length quoted as 7.195" already, too. Will .0005 make much of a difference? Thanks in advance.

The 23* heads. The Kenny Dutweiler signature series with CNC chambers.

Ah. You checked all of them yes? I just asked in particular for the G1 heads as I have seen many that required three or four different pushrod lengths, and they were well known for geometry problems.
As for the length to order, measure the one that worked. Always take actual measurments rather than going on what you heard (roller was 7.2, flat tap 7.8 IIRC). Quite a few motors have failed due to that sort of thinking. Will .0005 make a difference? No, will .005 make a difference... maybe, probably not, but that's why you spent the cash on the pushrod checker, no? I'd be willing to say that it is probably negligible if only .005 and IIRC they sell in increments of .050?
