Transmission: 700r4
Axle/Gears: 2.73
Crossmember tap stripped
I've asked this question already last year I think. Now the car is coming out from a long winter of sleep and I need to fix it.
Both taps for the bolts on the passagner side are stripped out. I searched an saw that some of you have had about the same problem.
How did you fix yours? I'm considering drilling on through the floor and putting a nut on a longer bolt.
Any other things that people have really done will help
The car is a 700R4 '85 IROC.
