Gas Tant Vent Hose?

Hey guys, ever since I took out my charcoal canister (since the hose fitting broke off anyway) I've never liked the fact that my fuel tank vent line was just open to the elements.

Is there some kind of one-way valve that I can use on this hose? Like one that will allow the tank to 'breathe' when its being used, but will close when its not?

Put a fuel filter on the end.

I mean, would it keep all (or at least some..) of my gas from evaporating away when the engine isn't running?

Probably not, it's not going to evaporate very quickly anyways so I wouldn't worry about it.
