felpro 1094s with zz4 heads on l03
well im swapping the heads this week, its my bday weekend and i decided to take the week of from work and do this.. can i use these gaskets the 1094s with the aluminum zz4s? the zz4s have been milled for flatness, and i can clean the block deck pretty well... I know i would need to coat the gaskets no biggie, so can it be done, and i not run into problems 1-5k down the road?

The 1094's are not intended for aluminum heads, if I recall correctly.

Not 100% sure, but i think those are among the lines that Fel-Pro designed to have good sealing ability, with the ability to be used with aluminum heads. However, i do recall reading that they have a rather small compressed size, under .020" or maybe even .015" so keep an eye on compression.
Also, i don't think they need any forms of coating.

i think im going to go with the safe route of the 8510s the economy head gaskets @least they wont leak, lol... Speaking of those gaskets... Will I have any problems running the felpros with the 1.94 valves and a 305 head gasket??? This is my next concern... Im ready to put heads on and im done to the gaskets... Should I use the felpro 305 gaskets 8510s, or get the 7733 350 head gaskets???? I just picked up the 8510s... I think the thickness on them is .32.... Where as the 7733s are .41... But i dont know if the 305 will interfear with the 1.94 valves.

The gaskets don't go inside the chamber, so they won't be a problem with 1.94" valves.
I don't know specifics about the gaskets you got, but they should be just fine.
