White smoke and shaking
Ok,
So I start up the car and i see a lot and i mean A LOT of whitish smoke all around me. The whole car is shaking a lot more than normal. I step on the gas and It sounds like its gurgling like bubbly. I also have lost a lot of torque. It sounds like crap. Its a stupid 305 which im swaping for an LT1 sometime soon but now i dont know what the hell is wrong with it. Its not a tranny mount cause its not cracking or jumping.

White smoke usually means its burning coolant. Does the exhaust smell sweet?

actually my coolant levels are fine. My oil on the other hand was messed up. When i checked the dipstick i showed almost nothing. I added 4 quarts and the car was still running as crap.

Yea, whitish usually indicates coolant is finding it's way to the combustion chamber. When you yank the dipstick, does the oil look like a milkshake (indicating coolant is mixing with the oil)?
I agree with what's been said above, smell the smoke and do a compression/leak down test.

i was impressed i almost had no oil and yet there were no puddles of oil anywhere. What if the smoke is whitish almost really light blue?

Bluish tint is oil finding it's way to the combustion chamber.
At what rate does it lose oil? Like how long does it take for it to go a quart low? And does it lose oil as it sits? I'd suggest a big time intake leak or your rings are shot/gap-aligned.
Does it smoke constantly? Just at startup? Just at WOT?

my car has been whistling for a long time now. It sounds like a leak, possibly from the intake since it gets higher pitch when i give it some gas and the butterfly opens. The last time i checked was probably 3 weeks ago and the car needed a little oil and when i checked it yesterday it had almost none. There is A LOT of smoke when i turn the car on. Sometimes when i put in reverse. I don't see any while im driving. Also, it takes a long time to get the car going when cold, i have to pump the gas pedal to get it going while turning the ignition.

Might be just an intake gasket gone in the lifter valley sucking up the oil then burning it creating a ton of smoke. Also acts like a big vacuum leak making it not run good.
