sounds like valve seals to me should be fine but you will want to change em out eventually

No the valve seals. They seal the valve from the valve guide and combustion chamber/runner. They are under the valves springs, actually inside on the valve guide boss.

Grey smoke? Would that most likely by condensed water in the exhaust pipe cooking off as steam??? I don't think burned oil would be that color, would be darker.

oh lol my bad, but ya the colour is a light gray. i also figured it was "condensed water in the exhaust pipe" cuz it only does one puff and only does it the second the car starts after sitting all night. if i have it off for acouple hours or more theres no smoke when start up, only in the morning.

i managed to find most of the colour meaning except blue what does blueish colour smoke mean?

Blue smoke means oil is finding it's way to the combustion chamber. For small chevies, the most common thing is the valve seal. But, of course, there are other ways for oil to get to the chamber.
