Converting to Serp from Vbelt, Questions W/in
After Spinning off another Belt today, Im thinking I should Go ahead and Convert Over to a Serp Setup from a later 3rd gen.
What Im wondering, Is what All Do I need ?
My car has an electric Fan, Alt on the pass side, PS and water pump.
No Smog pump, No AC
So I would need PS, ALT, and wp pulleys, plus a tensioner, then whatever size belt, right ?
Thanks.

I've done it. I got the kit from www.tacreationsusa.com It came with everything you need minus connectors. This may be the way to go if you don't have a junk yard nearby cause everythings different. I did a search but couldn't find the post where Willie tells all about it maybe you can find it.
Tran AM Creations are a great bunch to deal with. I have bought a bunch of stuff from them. They are at http://www.tacreationsusa.com.

Obviously, you'll need the two main brackets, including the tensioner. Also, there is an alternator support bracket that attaches to the top and back of the alternator and the front exhaust manifold stud. On the passenger side, there are two support brackets; one mounts from the main bracket to the intake manifold and the second attaches from the main bracket back to the third exhaust manifold bolt (stud).
Required pulleys:
Air pump (with pulley spacer),
Power steering pump, &
Water pump.
Accessories:
Water pump (reverse flow impeller),
Alternator (different mounting hole location),
Air pump (possibly, depending on what you have now),
Air pump line (metal),
A/C compressor,
A/C compressor lines,
All the bolts used for the main brackets are the Torx bit style except for two studs. The alternator wiring will need to be extended. The A/C compressor wiring is routed from the rear of the engine on the left hand side. In order to have a "clean" installation, this wiring should be removed from the existing wiring loom and re-routed on the passenger side. Otherwise, you'll have wiring strewn across the front of the engine (ugly).
Chances are I've forgotten something but this information should get you going in the right direction.
