senser makin a tickin or clicking sound....help please
dam looks like my car has hell of a lot of problems, hopefully this wil be my last 1, any ways, i was sittin with my freind in the parkin lot while i was lookin under my hood, then i ehar clicking or ticking sound from a senser near the distriburator,behind the carb, i take it out the car stil sounds good runs good,what can cause this tickin sound?

might help if we knew what sort of car and engine you had. i'll guess a injector or lifter/rocker arm
