Why No Sticky???
ok so i've been looking into building my own engine for my car...now i was sorta wondering, y not have a sticky with people's setup, how much HP/Trq, how "street friendly" they are and what not.....i'm sure there is a reason(s) but i can't see how it would hurt to have one. that way people (like me) can go into one main thread with a bunch of ideas on what to do and/or where to start.

Too broad. There are 3 different forums just for the different induction types. And all sorts of different configurations within each of them. And an Engine Swap forum. Two different racing forums. An Exhaust forum. Tranny/Drivetrain forum. All of them address different aspects of what you're proposing. Plus a Thirdgen.org Reader's Ride section (accessed from the home page) where people list all the specifics and results.
And you want all of that in one stickie?
Mostly we read, read, read; absorb, absorb, absorb. Then, apply.
