car shut off when turned on heat

I have an 86 camaro, I have removed the PCM and the whole engine wiring harness, its been off for a while so I dont think this problem is cause by that. but tonight when I was driving I turned on the heat and turned the blower motor on high and my headlights dimmed and the car sputterd and shut off. now nothing works, the only thing I have is headlights and tailights (no brakelights or hazards). with the key in the ignition it does not make the buzzing noise and when turned does absolutly nothing, no sounds or anything. Any ideas? I did smell a wire burning smell for a few seconds, no idea where from. All the fuses are also good

Any idea where? I also forgot to mention I have the A/C delete box (heater only box) I swear it was working fine before, it didnt shut the car off until I turned the blower on high, but on low it did make my dash guages die.
