if the engine is at 210 degrees and I start the car it'll take a good 5-8 minutes for it to go into closed loop even when its that hot. Any ideas?

If you are using headers you might have a cold O2 sensor. The oxygen sensor must get hot enough to start reporting a varying voltage to the ECM before closed-loop can happen.

I am using headers, but this all happened right after intake swap. I'm thinking(since you've read my other posts) that the CTS may be screwed up because of the bogging problem with cold and the Closed loop and other varies things.
