I'm looking to get rid of my non AC box. Car sees no winter and no rain. I need to see how you guys made a nice clean look covering the holes. I tried to get a pic of Traxions old car, but I cant find it anymore. Thanks.

Matt, Id keep the non AC box man. I ditche dmine long ago back in FLA. and can tell you this. I am now putting it back in.
Ya my vert will NEVER see snow or Rain. but you never know when you will get stuck in rain not expecting it. and DEFOG is nice.
Plus there are some verry nice cold days out befor snow falls where heat would be nice.
It doesnt look bad. id repaint the box and leave it alone.
Ya I know the old BEEN there DONE that speach. but like I said Im putting one back in if that tells you anything.

imagine a nice crisp cool fall/spring/southern winter evening.
you know theres no chance for rain.
you get in the car.... the windshields fogged up.
ok.. so you just carry a towel to wipe it off..
you go down teh road 3 miles. what happens? it fogges up again.
or how about this... its done raining... grounds wet, its humid... same problem.
you should atleast keep the blower for the defrost.

Here is a photo of my engine bay, it's not a great shot but the best I have at this computer. You can see the simple plates I used to cover the holes.
This car does not get driven on the road, legally anyway, just the occasional test run. I must agree with everyone else and say that you shoud at least keep the fan.
