You may stop the squeaking, but I'm not sure I'd call it fixed.
You might try some belt dressing after you've made sure you don't have any alignment problems with the pulleys, the belts are properly tensioned, and that the belt(s) is(are) in good condition. Otherwise, it's more of an annoyance than anything else.

Does it with belts off, you've got a wiped out engine bearing, most likely.
