Vacumm Line Problems

I have no brakes due to vacuum pressure. I did a bbk tb swap and plenum swap. Thats all. I get some vacumm pressure in some lines the others have none. If i disconnect brake booster vacuum line (line that goes from rear of plenum to brake cylinder) and i blow into the plenum, i cant. I cant blow into the plenum at all (car off). If i keep trying to blow into it, it will slowly go in. When car is on, it suckes in very slowly. I know this is the problem why i dont have brakes. Could this be a plenum clog when the ported it??? calls will be taken 508-280-3793 kenny as i am very desperate and this is my daily driver. I will check on here too all day. I will be working on this car all day - yes all day christmas. please help. thanks

Wow. 20 minutes certainly beats the heck out of "all day". That IS a strange one though.
